Where it stands
Google is showing the site for three queries worth having: able screening at an average position of 10.7, able screening service at 6.1, and ablescreening at 1. Fifty impressions and eleven clicks across the 28 days to 10 September.
All three are branded, which is exactly what a rebuild should fix first: when someone goes looking for you by name they find you, and what they find is current. It also marks the edge of what a rebuild can do on its own. Nobody is yet finding Able Screening by searching for the problem rather than the company.
That is what the blog is for. Three articles are live so far – an overview of the service, a guide to spotting fraudulent rental applicants, and one on the red flags of a rental scam – each aimed at a question a landlord types before they know who to call. Rankings for that kind of query move over months, not weeks. The next run of articles continues down the same list, and social carries each one out while the organic footprint builds.
